VICTORAGE WARRANTY

Victorage Gaming Chairs are warranted for a period of:

  • 2 years (GP Series), 3 years ( VE, VC, VP and VG series) from date of delivery
  • Extended warranty offered on all gaming if registered and all process in the extended warranty claim are met. GP Series extended an additional 2years, all other series extended to an additional 3 years.

What is covered?

  • All Manufacturer defects
    • Steel Frame Defect
    • Casters Defect
    • Reclining Mechanism Defect
    • Tilt Mechanism Defect
    • Gas Lift defect
    • Armrest Defect

 What is NOT covered?

  • Normal wear and tear on the following products
    • PU Leather
    • Armrest
    • Pillows and Lumbar support
    • Casters
    • Stitching
  • Abuse of chair or misuse (not using it for its intended purpose, which is sitting)
  • Self Modification of the chair without Victorage permission
  • Theft
  • Acts of mother nature (fires, flood, earthquakes, zombie apocalypse, and alien invasion)

 How to Claim warranty:

  • In the event that warranty repair or replacement is necessary, Victorage will request and you must provide proof of purchase invoice in order to receive warranty service

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

There might be a small chance that you are not satisfied with out chairs and we want to be completely satisfied as a customer. We will take back our awesome gaming chairs from you for an exchange or a refund. We are confident enough In our products that we will not charge you a restocking fee because it wasn’t the right match for you.

 

  • 30 Days from date of delivery
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Missing or damage parts will be subject to a fee
  • Refund will be issued within 14 days that products has been inspected and deemed in good condition (minus fee’s for damage or missing parts)
  • Customer pay’s for shipping
